Solution Tanks
The tanks are constructed from type 304 OR 316 stainless steel, and come in 15 and 50 gallon sizes. Auger Feeders also offers stacker tanks in 35 or 65 gallons that the feeder sits on top of, creating a small foot print. Custom sized tanks can be made to order. A 5 gallon wetting cone is also available.
Liquid Level Control
The standard solution tank comes with a brass ball float. An optional ultra-sonic level sensor can be used for sending the information to the control panel.
Mixer
A 1/3 HP mixer motor can be mounted to the top of the solution tank, which comes with a 4" prop.
Bag Unloader
A stainless steel bag unloader can be bolted to the top of the feeder, allowing for single bag loading while reducing airborne debris.
Bulk Bag
The feeder can be placed below the framework of a bulk bag unloader to allow for increased capacity of product storage.
Stands
Stainless steel stands made from 2" x 2" tubing, varying heights dependant on project needs.
Drum Inverter
The drum inverter allows for easy lifting of various size drums to place product into the feeder.
Dust Collector
Can be mounted on top of the feeder or stand alone to reduce exposure to dust in the environment.
Explosion-Proof Motors
To allow the feeder to operate in a Division 1, Class 2, Groups F,G
